Name the names

I consider that it is a national scandal that so many Office for Standards in Education inspections have been pronounced to be of poor quality (TES, April 7), although I personally suspect that the actual figure is much higher. At the very least you should be publishing the names of the registered inspectors and the team inspectors involved in these failed inspections, in the same way that you name a failing school.
