Nearer target

21st March 1997 at 00:00
Your comment (TES, March 7) that Kingston upon Thames is processing only 15 per cent of its draft statements within the target period was true 12 months ago.

Currently, we are processing 24 per cent within the target period and will be making significant improvements on this during the course of the year.
