Get pulses racing in your school by doing something special for National Vegetarian Week, which runs from May 21 to May 27.

Pay a visit to www.vegsoc.orgnvw to download free education packs, which contain: quick lesson ideas, a special edition of Get Your Pulse Racing poster, stickers, the popular Balance of Good Health poster, and the booklet Vegetarian Catering for Schools and Colleges, with some scrumptious recipes.

Here's a sneak preview of some titles from the quick lesson ideas for primary: What do Vegetarians Eat? Veggie Food Taste Test, Exploring Fruit and Veg through Art, Researching Fruits and Vegetables using ICT.
