Silent Movies

Focusing on silent movies and what is required to get an audience to understand the action. Looks at mime, over-exaggeration and clear character definitions. A clip of Chaplin's City Lights should be embedded in this and there are scenario cards for extra help.

Biology adaptation

Print out the animals and allow each group to research; stick their work around the room and give pupils time to walk around and complete a table. Also a starter activity adapted from a document already downloaded.

PowerPoints looking at the changes that happen during puberty (S1-3). There will be another PowerPoint to follow about boys and puberty, but the worksheets are already on here.
