NGfL Cymru has produced resources using the Willow Pattern scene. An artefact engages children's interest and the stylised artwork depicts elements of the story which they can identify and interpret. Activities include storyboarding the scenes and writing diaries from the main characters' points of view.

Mountain and river resources include an introduction to the topic for early-years and primary children. There are worksheets, activity ideas and Widgit special educational needs (SEN) resources. Also, check out Seven Summits posters and booklet resource shared by gillimac.

Capacity is an interactive numeracy collection for KS1 (P1-3) and SEN teachers, from TESiboard. These begin with non-standard measuring units. Others look at whole litres and parts of litres.
