New Year concerts

The National Youth Orchestra of Scotland will perform its New Year concerts on January 3 in Edinburgh and on January 4 in Glasgow. The programme will include Stravinsky's "Song of the Nightingale", Szymanowski's Violin Concerto No 1 and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No 6 and feature soloist violinist Mihaela Martin. Sian Edwards will conduct.
