CHANCE OF A LIFETIME

Last chance to apply for a 1999 travel fellowship from The Winston Churchill Memorial Trust. British citizens of any age or occupation are asked to propose a study project related to their job or interests and, if selected, make their own arrangements. The average stay overseas is eight weeks. Categories include: value in education; science and technology; and teachers working in inner city or isolated schools. Closing date: October 23.
