Only baptised can travel free

A 10-year old girl in Greater Merseyside has been denied a free bus pass because she has not been baptised. Stockport council ruled that Jade Lamb did not qualify for free transport to Harrytown RC school because there was a closer non-religious school she could have attended instead.
