Open goal for college

City of Sunderland College has secured planning permission to develop a major sporting facility for students and the community

The college has teamed up with Goals Soccer Centres to open a pound;2.5 million football centre with 11 all-weather pitches and a sports pavilion. The centre, funded and developed by Goals and due for completion this year, will be built on under-utilised college land.
