Inverness College believes it has turned the corner financially and is planning to expand. New learning centres in Dingwall and Portree, the first ever in either place, will open officially next month. Others are planned in Nairn, Aviemore and Ullapool. The college aims to increase student numbers from 8,500 to 10,000 within two years.
