Colleges in Wales are collaborating with schools and employers more than ever before, according to the representative body for the country's 21 further education institutions

Judges in this year's Colleges Wales Awards, to be held on May 27, said that more entrants than ever were drawing on expertise from outside the FE sector. Colleges Wales head of quality, Berni Tyler, said: "Colleges are working with their local networks and increasingly drawing on expertise from outside the college sector. This has enriched the colleges' submissions."
