The Patent Office is challenging business and design and technology students aged 14 to 16 to create an identity for a pop group by June 3.
Business students are required to create a promotional campaign and design students a CD cover and point-of-sale stand for the band. The competition is included in the new THINK kit( 2 free resource on the value of intellectual property, featuring subjects such as Jamelia and the Fun Scuba watch. Winners will receive pound;250 worth of W H Smith vouchers and up to pound;1,000 for their school.
