Pearson and IBM forge alliance for home learning

Pearson and IBM have joined forces to deliver interactive learning services to the home. The alliance will help Pearson realise its vision of "anytime, anywhere" education. The "learn-on-demand" service lets users access materials through a Web rowser on any device including set-top boxes. Content will be supplied by Pearson companies including Dorling Kindersley and Penguin. The interactive service will be developed in the US, Europe and Asia.
