Plea to go left field on jobs for Neets

The Assembly government has been urged look at alternatives to mainstream jobs for young people who are not in education, employment or training (Neet).

In a report from the Institute of Welsh Affairs, Professor Howard Williamson of the University of Glamorgan said ministers should "bite the awful bullet" and acknowledge that sustainable employment is not realistic.
