(Photograph) - Matthew Hague, 15, a pupil at Wensleydale School, Askrigg, takes advantage of a mobile arts centre as it tours the rural areas of North Yorkshire. The Van-Plan Project, which allows children to use a photographic darkroom, a video-editing suite and a computerised keyboard, is provided by the Thirsk-based Youth Clubs North Yorkshire group
