Post-16 plan dangers

Plaid Cymru has warned that Rhondda Cynon Taff's "radical" post-16 transformation plans could damage children's education. If approved by the Assembly government, the #163;285 million overhaul would see the closure of school sixth forms and the creation of three bilingual tertiary colleges. But opponents claim the plans will downgrade Welsh medium education.
