I took a teaching job in Saudi Arabia, at the age of 53, three years ago because I couldn't get a job in the UK. I never see anything in your paper about attracting teachers back from abroad. There are many of us who woud like to teach in Britain, but, because of the policy against teachers over the age of 53, we are denied that right.
