Our daughter took OCR's modular A-level course in chemistry. She was two marks out of 600 short of the A grade she had been predicted. We spoke to the college regarding a re-mark and were told that this was only possible for the modules she had taken in the summer. The work was returned with no change to the marks.

We feel most dissatisfied with an examination system which does not permit the full review of borderline cases.
