ON BBC Radio 4 on Monday, Chris Woodhead said it was "the teachers' fault if children became stressed because of exams".

Does that mean it's the inspectors' fault if teachers are stressed by Office for Standards in Education nspections?

Oops sorry! Trick question - the answer is, of course, it's always the teachers' fault.

Bang goes my pound;2,000. Can I have a resit?
