David Goff, the teacher suspended from Wright Robinson High School in Manchester at the end of last term for writing a joke about Office for Standards in Education on departmental papers, has been reinstated after head Neville Beischer gave him an oral warning. This is the lowest level of sanction available under the school governors' disciplinary procedure.
