Pupil dies in crash

A 17-year-old pupil was killed this week after a school bus crashed in snowstorms in Scotland. The girl, who had not been named as The TES went to press, was with fellow students and staff from Lanark Grammar School on an end-of-term trip when the bus crashed at about 6am on Wednesday. Several other pupils were seriously injured.
