Race claim at Clydebank;In brief

ASHOK SEHGAL, former depute principal of Clydebank College, has lodged a claim for unfair dismissal and racial discrimination. Mr Sehgal was one of three senior managers to lose their jobs at the college following a financial rescue plan ordered by the Scottish Office.
