Red tape matter

At last, a prominent head and former colleague has had the courage to question the Every Child Matters agenda ("Please, let's get back down to business", June 25). Before all the bureaucracy from the Government and Ofsted, which teacher worth their salt did not value every child? Hopefully, the new Education Secretary will heed Bernice McCabe's advice.
