Reprimand over police cocaine find

A teacher found to have cocaine in her handbag has been reprimanded by the General Teaching Council for England. Stefanie Toms, who worked as an instructor, said the Class A drug was given to her by a friend. Officers in Northamptonshire found it in her wardrobe when they searched her home in May 2010. She was cautioned for possession.
