The 100-minute video covers nine topics with a telling mixture of documentary and frank interviews. Subjects range from bullying at school and road rage through murder and racism to the politics of Northern Ireland and South Africa. The accompanying booklet outlines many kinds of possibe classroom responses, from small-group investigation to whole-class debates. The materials, particularly those concerned with death and forgiveness, make the world of soap opera anger look frivolous and one-dimensional.
