The road to Twickenham

Non-supporters will enjoy the museum although the stadium tour is perhaps for the more enthusiastic rugby supporter. The museum is cheap at Pounds 2. 50 for adults and Pounds 1.50 for children with a 10 per cent discount for parties of 15 or more. If you add "The Twickenham Experience" (basically the stadium tour), adults pay Pounds 4 and children Pounds 2.50 for the combined ticket.

A curriculum pack is being developed to complement a museum visit and tour. Teachers who take a party over the next few months can answer a questionnaire which will help to shape the contents.

The museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am-5.00pm; Sundays, 2.00-5.00pm. On match days it opens from 11.00am until one hour before kick-off for ticket holders only. Details: 0181 892 2000.
