Primary school children in the Borders had the chance to see the Calcutta Cup at close hand at the end of last month. The cup - which Scotland's rugby team won by beating England earlier this year - was the "guest of honour" at the Border Reivers New Image Festival at Netherdale, Galashiels.

Around 600 primary pupils from the Borders took part in the festival. Eleven pitches were used and 55 teams took part.
