(Photograph) - Ruth Snell, a 21-year-old student at North Devon College, is the first woman there to gain the City and Guilds qualification in Automotive Engineering. She has now been given special dispensation, because of her age, to take exams for the Institute of the Motor Industry Certificate of Management (NVQ level 4) in September.
