Regular readers may wonder what happened to the teacher who agreed to let a gorilla-gram invade her lesson as a birthday surprise.

In November, the treat - which was intended for a 16-year-old pupil at Arnold Hill School in Nottingham - backfired when a booking error led to a stripper dressed as a policewoman turning up instead.

She proceeded to lead the boy around the room on all fours to a Britney Spears track, spanked him 16 times - one for each year - then stripped to her underwear.

The teacher only called a halt when the performer asked the birthday boy to rub cream on her.

The school and local council launched an investigation into the incident and we are glad to report that they have now decided against suspending the teacher. We think she's clearly been through enough.
