(Photograph) - The University of Plymouth, in partnership with Exeter and Bournemouth, is piloting a new scheme to provide two-year foundation degrees, with studens based at FE and art colleges in the South-west. Plymouth has received a pound;276,000 grant to provide work-based degrees.
