Science centre cash

The Government should offer financial support for science and discovery centres such as the National Space Centre in Leicester, The Deep Ocean Centre in Hull and Techniquest in Cardiff, MPs have said. The House of Commons Science and Technology Committee said that they contributed towards the understanding of science but, unlike museums, they receive no day-to-day funding from the state.
