So who better to hold a conference on cutting red tape? Thus the company is organising the "Practical approach to funding, planning amp; reducing bureaucracy", conference on April 28.

The publicity blurb carries Capita Education Service's logo and a picture of a fat pig overflowing with money. What on earth could this mean?
