Seminar examines the power of faith

The role faith schools can play in raising educational standards was discussed at a landmark seminar in Cardiff last week. Education minister Leighton Andrews joined archbishops from the Catholic church and the Church in Wales to launch the joint Faith in Education document. More than 50,000 pupils are educated in more than 250 faith schools across Wales.
