Snow closures

Heads were divided this week on whether to close schools as the UK was hit by the worst snowfall for 18 years. Over 500 schools were closed in Wales as TES Cymru went to press, but some defied the cold snap believing closure would cause too much disruption to working parents. Others believed health and safety were the most important considerations.
