Sorrow for accused;Letter

WHILE deeply sympathising with the Lawrences one can also feel sorrow for those five youths, and others like them, whom our education system failed to civilise.

The obsession with tables does not address the needs of those who will be excluded from school and decent society, yet Stephen's killing clearly demonstrates that we must survive together or not at all.
