When visiting an infants school recently, I noticed a group of children coming out of the hall. They were clearly impressed with the nativity play they had just finished watching on the television there.

"Do you think it was true?" asked one, wide-eyed.

"No way," a more street-wise youngster replied. "If it was true, it would have been in black and white."
