Scotland's most talented young athletes won't be able to over-indulge this Christmas. Many will be in strict training ahead of the D.M. Hall Under-13 District Indoor Championships, to be held at Glasgow's Kelvin Hall on January 13.

Glasgow Warriors are seeking youngsters to attend their games at Hughenden.

The rugby players have been visiting primary schools to promote the game.

The Warriors' Magners League matches can be attended for as little as Pounds 1.
