The British Postal Museum and Archive has received a pound;47,000 grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund to digitise 2,500 pages of fragile stamps. A teachers' pack will also be available when the collection - given to the nation by philatelist Reginald Phillips in the 1960s - goes online in summer 2006 at
