LEISURE giant Allied Domecq Retail - which runs 4,500 pubs around the country - has launched a major initiative to attract more young people into working in pubs.

The company has promised to give Pounds 20,000 towards a campaign run by industrygovernment group Leisure Careers UK to promote job opportunities.
