More than 100 young people from Edinburgh secondaries have taken part. BT is providing about 260 placements in Scotland to give pupils meaningful work experience.

Screen stars

The Voice of My Own Film (VOMO) Festival showcased films produced by secondary pupils through the year-long VOMO Screenschool last month. The screenschool offers pupils a way to express themselves through drama, documentary and animation. Project manager Robert Sproul-Cran said: "The professional standard of these films is astonishing."
