What do you do?

Primary teacher on supply - though would like a full-time job - plus mother of two high-school children.

How long have you subscribed?

Since studying for PGDE in 2007.

Who reads your copy?

My husband - not a teacher. And sometimes my 11-year-old daughter.

What do you read first?

I flick right through, and read articles that attract my attention. I always check who's been mentioned in Short and Tweet.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Those in charge of education - explaining decisions they have made.

What's the best thing we've done?

The magazine format. I like that you've included articles from working teachers.

What would you like to see on the front page?

"Equal pay for supply teachers!"
