Who reads your copy?

My daughter, who hopes to start a primary teaching degree this year, and my husband, who works as media relations manager for the University of Glasgow.

What do you read first?

My Best Teacher and features on pupil support and disability.

What should there be more of in TESS?

I think there's a fair balance of regular items, features and news. But I'd like more on special needs and the debate over mainstreaming. The recent issue about "hidden disabilities" was very good.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Pupil support staff.

What's the best thing we've done?

The cheaper subscription. It drew me in, and now I think I'm hooked.

What would you be excited to see on the front page?

A deaf person signing.
