Four years in current post - every school I've worked in has subscribed.

Why did you start?

To keep up to date with what's going on in education, new ideas, inspiration.

What do you read first?

Depends on the week I've had. Sometimes I work through it systematically.

What should there be more of?

Good practice.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

Inspirational leaders from all walks of life.

What is the best thing we have done?

Kept a Scottish theme while looking across the world.

What would you be excited to see on the front page?

My school and all the good work the staff and children are doing.

What is TESS?

A refreshing read at the end of the week. It often inspires me.
