How long have you subscribed?

Since 2010.

Why did you start?

I started buying TESS originally for the recruitment section, but subscribed later as many articles helped not only with job interviews but also once in post.

What do you read first?

Features, then Pedagogy.

What should there be more of in TESS?

A regular slot where different professionals discuss an initiative or event in their school that particular month - the kind of thing I do when I meet colleagues for coffee.

Who would you like to see writing in TESS?

The real David Cameron (not the politician - the education consultanttrainer).

What's the best thing we've done?

Changed the format

What would you be excited to see on the front page?

"Assessment in Scottish schools made easy - here's how!"
