Courses this year are geared towards what local pupils aged 14-16 have requested: study skills in humanities, science, mathematics and computers; French, German, Spanish; sports including basketball and aerobics; and "recycled" fashion design courses plus "Back to the Future" sessions at the Geffrye Museum exploring how the past has influenced fashion trends. JULY 17-AUGUST 18. ROEHAMPTON INSTITUTE SUMMER SCHOOLS
Students completing six modules in three intensive weeks gain a postgraduate diploma in art, craft and design (ACD) education. (A dissertation for an MA takes a further nine months). The programme features: perspectives on the study of ACD; and either an ACD practical project or curriculum studies in ACD. Organised visits to London's galleries and museums are included.
