Lynda Flaws, of Dunrossness Primary, Shetland, reached the girls' singles final at the British Primary Schools Table Tennis Championships in Cardiff before losing 11-4 11-9 11-5 to Alice Loveridge from Guernsey.

The Scotland team won a bronze medal behind winners England and Ireland after wins over Guernsey (8-2) and Wales (7-3).
