Teacher fights back

A TEACHER cleared of assaulting an eight-year-old pupil is bringing grievance

procedures against the school's headteacher.

Supply teacher Elizabeth Cain, 52, was accused of seizing a irl by the arm and repeatedly shaking her head when she giggled at a classmate pulling faces. The teacher, with 30 years experience, was cleared after a four-day trial in Liverpool.
