(Photograph) - Renowned north-east storyteller Stanley Robertson popped into Hanover Street primary in Aberdeen to promote the school's reading week. Pupils turned up today (Friday) in their pyjamas, taking a bedtime story.

The school won pound;2,500 from the Scottish Executive's reading initiative, which includes signing up "reading champions". Among them is Douglas Paterson, Aberdeen City Council's chief executive.
