Thanks for campus support

31st August 2007 at 01:00
Staff at the Glasgow University Crichton Campus are delighted with the news that the campus is to begin recruiting again for undergraduate courses in 2008, as well as continuing our postgraduate courses and research degrees, and that the campus is preparing for a sustainable future in Dumfries.

It has been a difficult time for all concerned for the survival of this young and energetic institution, and the news from the Scottish Executive and the Scottish Funding Council regarding provision is most welcome.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those people who have supported us in our campaign to keep GUCC open. We believe we can build on this success and continue to provide excellent educational services in the region.
