A head almost halved his 20-stone weight in the past year after his school switched to healthier dinners. Andrew Sheppard, 53, swapped burgers for vegetables to set a good example at Redcastle Furze primary school in Thetford, Norfolk. He said: "There is no point standing in assembly telling kids to lose weight when you are like a walking advert for the Michelin Man."
